Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 12, 14, and 15) shall continue in full force and effect.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of 2222jl Casino, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 14.3 Formal Disputes. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 14.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

15.2 The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of 2222jl Casino after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
